THE BIBLE We believe in the inspiration and preservation of Scripture. The Bible is our final authority in all matters of faith and practice. The cannon, the sixty-six books of the Bible, is complete. Nothing shall be added to it nor taken from it. We preach and teach using the Authorized Version (KJV).
GOD & CREATION We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in a young earth, that He created the earth in six literal days - just as the Genesis account describes. We further believe in a worldwide flood that drastically changed the face of our world forever. We also believe that all peoples and languages of the earth are of one race.
MAN, CHRIST & SALVATION We believe that man was created in the image of God, that he sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death. We believe that we are all sinners by nature and by choice. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, and that all who by faith receive Him as their personal Savior are justified on the basis of His blood and His resurrection from the dead. We believe in the "Blessed Hope" which is the soon return of our Lord and Savior for His Church (the rapture) and His later return to earth in power and glory with His saints to set up His Kingdom. We believe in the everlasting conscious blessedness of the saved (Heaven) and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost (Hell).
THE CHURCH We believe in the visible local church which is a company of baptized believers associated for the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints, in order to accomplish the work of ministering toward building up Christ's body. We further believe that there are two ordinances: baptism of believers by immersion and the Lord’s Supper. We believe that believers are called to a life of separation from all worldly and sinful practices and alliances. We believe that a Christian should manifest the Christ-life in a consistent walk constantly yielding his members to the indwelling Christ.
SANCTITY OF LIFE We believe that life is sacred - a gift from God. We believe that man should not attempt to grasp the power of life and death and, in doing so, is taking upon himself the prerogatives of God.
SANCTITY OF MARRIAGE We believe that the relationship between a husband and a wife is sacred - the first institution God ever created. We believe in parental rights and that the family is the foundational unit of the church. We also believe that the husband is the head of his wife and that children are blessings from the Lord.
GOVERNMENT We believe that civil government is of Divine appointment for the interest and good of human society. Magistrates are to be prayed for, conscientiously honored and obeyed except in things opposed to the will of our Lord Jesus Christ Who is the only Lord of the kings of the earth.
